Driving Change® Certification

Designing a new way of working or a new system is great, but that’s when the real work begins. How do you guide the people side of change? How do you involve employees and support them in adopting and using a new way of working or behaviour? The Driving Change® programme teaches you to lead change initiatives with a structured approach and set of tools. This helps you to drive and lead change with intent, while moving with where the energy is and focus on what is needed.

What you will learn

The Driving Change® programme helps you develop and apply the right change approach.

With our structured methodology and practical tools, you can guide change more deliberately, with enough flexibility to move where needed.

You learn to assess the complexity of a change, tailor your approach, engage in conversation with employees and build momentum through leadership, communication and concrete actions.

  • Apply a structured change management methodology and tools to a project or change initiative
  • Recognise energy and resistance and work with them in an intentional way
  • Activate leaders at every level in their role as change leader
  • Develop a stakeholder and communication strategy
  • Measure and adjust progress and adoption
  • Develop a change plan you can put to use right away

Learning by doing

  • Driving Change® combines sharing knowledge, sharing experiences, practical cases, practising and applying it in the real world.
  • The programme includes 3 training days spread across the length of the programme, with assignments and guidance in between.
  • You work with a real change from your own organisation and practise realistic situations, including through simulation.
  • That way you don’t just understand the methodology and tools, you also gain hands-on experience applying them directly.

Driving Change Certification

After completing the programme, participants receive the Driving Change® certificate.

Not a stand-alone training, but a development programme

The programme is developed and facilitated by some of the most experienced change experts in Europe, based on scientifically grounded theories and models.

  • Organisation, Leadership, Individual: The methodology connects change from the perspective of the organisation, leadership and the individual
  • Practice-oriented: the programme combines knowledge transfer, dialogue, practising in simulations, applying and guidance in practice
  • ACMP standard: the methodology and tools follow the ACMP standard for change management. The programme is qualified by ACMP.

Who are we?

We are experts in change and have years of local and international experience helping organisations build their capacity for change. Erik de Jong

Erik has been engaged with learning processes since his studies at TU Delft, among other things as a developer of educational television programmes and a series of books.

He focuses on developing serious games, simulations and blended learning programmes for a wide range of organisations. He is creative in his approach and knows how to arrive at the right change approach in co-creation with organisations.

Andy Schoonbroodt

Andy started his career in implementation and was immediately fascinated by the human side of change.

He has international experience helping organisations develop change capability and leadership, and has taken many a stage to inspire others on the subject.

There is nothing he likes more than helping others learn to lead and guide change themselves.
