This visible behavioral change doesn’t happen automatically. Legitimate questions arise: why is this change so important now? What does it mean for me personally? A structured approach for the human side of change, with attention to the role of the sponsor (coalition) and managers.

In co-creation with stakeholders, we arrive at a supported analysis of the impact and challenges. This forms the basis for a change management approach that supports the target group in lasting behavioral change.

The role of sponsors, managers, and leaders is crucial in guiding employees through the various steps of their individual change process.
